What are the payment methods available?
We provide BPO rewards only through UPI transfers (INDIAN USERS) and AIRTM (International users). Request for other payment methods are not accepted. For all Indian users we send your reward through UPI only. So provide correct UPI id to receive reward. Please provide correct details in the response mail too, because rewards once sent cannot be modified or returned back. If you are staying outside India, then you can provide AIRTM registered e-mail to receive the reward.
How long does it take to receive BPO reward?
Usually all BPO rewards are processed within 24 hours.However it may take upto 7 days due to delay at any of processing points.
Which is the currency used in this site?
Almost all rewards are shown in Indian Rupee(₹). However these rewards are credited in US Dollars($) to the international members after converting the same reward from INR to USD at the exchange rate decided by bigpaisaonline.com taking the previous 7 days average value. Members in India are all paid in Indian Rupee(₹).

For video, you can send a 30 seconds clip of your original video content. Similarly, for articles, you can send us a synopsis/summary of your original article or story to the E-mail mentioned in the Contact us section. We will go through it. If the content piece is selected, we will notify you to send the entire content to be published through us.
Which type of contents are accepted for publication?
All original contents NOT violating laws of land, not prohibited by rules, not belonging to racism, pornography, offensive to any caste or nation etc. are accepted.
